You have control over the Distribution of your Assets

This is a basic Will that everyone should have which allows you to do the following (for the period of time after your death):

1. name beneficiary(ies) to inherit your assets.
2. name the executor (Personal Representative) to manage your assets and distribution of your assets.
3. name the Guardian to take care of your minor child/children, if any.
