Basic Package that every person should have which contains the following 5 legal documents:

1. Will – allows you to clearly express your intent as to the distribution of your assets after your death.
2. Guardianship – if you have any minor child, this document allows you to appoint a Guardian to have the legal rights to look after your minor child/children if you are unable to do so.
3. POA Finances – allows you specifically to appoint a person to have the legal rights to make decisions about your finances and assets if you are unable to do so.
4. Healthcare Directive – allows you to designate a healthcare surrogate to make medical decisions for you if you are unable to do so.
