SINGLE PLUS T&E PACKAGE – (Single WITH Minor Child/Children)
This package is designed specifically for a single person (not legally married) with minor child/children. This package includes the following documents:
Durable Power of Attorney (Assets) – allows you to appoint an authorized person (with backups) to manage your assets if you are incapacitated.
Health Care Directives – allows you to appoint an authorized person (with backups) to make decisions for you regarding your medical treatment and procedures if you are incapacitated.
Guardianship for Minor – allows you to appoint a Guardian to take care of your minor child/children if you are incapacitated.
The Will – allows you to appoint an executor to manage your assets and an authorized person (and backups) to take care of your minor child/children, and to name beneficiaries to inherit your assets after your death.
